Exchange or Return for a Refund

The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible, please make sure that

-The product is in its original packaging

-The product isn't used or damaged

-The product is not sale items.

-The product is not clearance items and/or items bought during promotional sales

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

STEPS

Contact our customer service (service@hassoi.com) to receive return request form and shipping address to return your item.

hassoi.com will not refund the return shipping costs. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Make sure you hold onto your return shipment tracking number.

All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer. hassoi.com will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to use insurance. hassoi.com will not process returns that have not been approved by our customer service team via email prior. If you paid for your order using Paypal you may be eligible to claim your return shipping back using their refunded shipping service.

Include your return request form with your product that is being sent back to hassoi.com.
Sale items will not be accepted for exchange/refund

Refunds

1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package.

The refund will be issued to your hassoi.com Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.
Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

2.expedited fast shipping methord.
Note: If you chose the second option ( fast shipping methord ), the original shipping fee are non-refundable.

NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was first placed.
